Unsafe staffing: adult nurses used on specialist ward shifts

A Care Quality Commission report highlights nursing skill mix issues and found that some shifts on specialist wards at The Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust were staffed solely by general adult nurses, without mental health or learning disability specialists
