ICU nurses strike over plans to rotate them to another hospital
The trust running Bassetlaw Hospital says it wants nurses to have clinical exposure to more complex patients and keep specialist skills up to date, but striking nurses fear the move is part of long-term plans to decommission their intensive care unit (ICU), and would mean extra travelling time each week to reach Doncaster Royal Infirmary
