Trust’s nurses suspicious of managers’ decisions, guardian reveals
Nurses at Barts Health NHS Trust in London told its its Freedom to Speak Up guardian they distrusted senior management and felt they were making ‘biased’ decisions based on close relationships, while some accused colleagues of spreading gossip and creating a hostile working environment
