Hospital nurses ‘subject to inappropriate and racist’ remarks
A review of the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff uncovered reports of racism, theft, drug use and a toxic culture, including Indian nurses being told they needed badges because they ‘all looked the same’. The report cited systemic leadership failures, poor staff safety and unethical behaviour.
