Tributes paid to Portsmouth-based nurse killed in plane crash
Portsmouth-based Indian nurse Renjitha Gopakumaran Nair was killed in the Air India 171 plane crash in Ahmedabad. Royal College of Nursing president Bejoy Sebastian is among those paying tribute to mother of two Ms Gopakumaran Nair, who had worked at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth since registering with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) last year. She had been visiting her family in her home state in Kerala before boarding the flight to London Gatwick.
