No more mandatory training on repeat – a win for NHS staff
Nursing staff can now transfer their completed statutory and mandatory training to different NHS organisations when they change roles. Previously, nurses, healthcare assistants and other staff had to repeat sessions when they moved to a new NHS organisation, wasting time and money for staff and employers, and adding extra pressure on over-stretched NHS wards and services.
